Wayne Hayes, Owner/Chairman

As the Owner and Chairman of Seyah, Ltd, Wayne Hayes has been in the residential security business for over 34 years. Through the years, Wayne has successfully owned and operated residential security companies throughout Texas. With the backing of ADT and Wayne’s own expertise in security systems, Connect One was established, providing the same reliable service and equipment to individual homeowners.

George Rino, Owner/CEO

As co-owner and CEO of Seyah, Ltd, George Rino has established himself as an industry leader in the security business. Houston’s been his home since graduating from Louisiana Tech University in 1980. Prior to joining Seyah, George was a successful executive for two national homebuilding corporations. He is active in the Houston homebuilding community through his involvement in various associations. George understands the consumers’ needs and desires for home security and is committed to providing the highest quality products and services in the industry.

JD Wix, VP of Operations

With over 10 years in the technology industry and services, JD started as technician for a competitor of Connect One Security with extensive knowledge of high end home theater design and installation along with structured wiring, security, central vacuums and networking. Throughout his career, JD has worked as a project manager, division manager, and director of builder operations with Seyah, Ltd. Recently JD was promoted to VP of Operations for Seyah, Ltd. His responsibilities include overseeing the day to day operations, ensuring a quality product is delivered on time and that our customers receive the best service with 100% satisfaction.
