Theft Protection Guarantee
Connect One Security will pay your insurance deductible (up to $500) in the event of a burglary while your home alarm system is armed with our monitoring service.
Money-Back Service Guarantee
If you are not satisfied within six months of installation, we will refund the home alarm installation prices and pay all monitoring fees after we have attempted to resolve your concerns. – Hassle-Free.
Mover’s Security Guarantee
Moving? If you move from your home more than two years after becoming a Connect One Security customer, we will provide you with our special Premium Mover’s Package. This package includes a FREE ADT Security System for your new home PLUS an additional 10% discount on upgrades! **
** To qualify for the Movers Security Guarantee, you must have been with Connect One for at least two years and your account must be in good standing. You must also provide Connect One Security with the name and telephone number of the new occupant of your former residence. Depending on your new residence, Connect One may not be able to provide home alarm monitoring service; please verify your new address with a Connect One Security representative for coverage information. This discount cannot be combined with any other offers and is valid for residential customers only.
